Return & Exchange Policy
Product Inspection Period
Except for items not eligible for a 7-day inspection period under the Guidelines on Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Distance Sales, such as perishable food, items with a short shelf life (near expiry at time of return/cancellation), customized products, current newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, unsealed audio/video products or computer software, game point cards, other prepaid cards, or personal hygiene items that have been unsealed—all other products are eligible for a 7-day inspection period (including holidays) starting from the date you receive the item.
If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: your name, order number, contact number, the product you wish to return, the reason for return along with relevant photos. Our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Policy
Returned items must be unused and free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects. Please retain the original packaging, including the outer box. Returns will not be accepted if packaging is incomplete.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has been unsealed or used, or is damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, defects, scratches, wear and tear, dirt).
The product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice/accessories are missing.
Malicious or bulk returns.

Refund Policy
Credit Card Payment: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued directly to the original credit card used for the transaction.
Cash on Delivery: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
Exchange Policy
Items eligible for exchange must be unused and free from damage not caused by human factors. Please retain the original packaging, including the outer box, if indicated by our store. Otherwise, exchanges may not be accepted.
Exchange Process
If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please first process the return through the original order and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We will issue an invoice and either collect or refund the price difference accordingly. If no price difference applies, no further action is required.
